There may be activities and events going on daily in our communities. We always encourage our long term SuiteBird Travelers to attend events, but please check the community event calendars for special notices or sign ups.
Your staying in a community
The residents of this community are all over the age of 55. This is a retirement community.
SuiteBird Communities are our residents’ homes and they often like to feel like they are your hosts. So please be prepared for the residents to be pleasant and engaging with you and we hope you will reciprocate with them.

Dining and Activities
Some SuiteBird communities offer dining options. SuiteBird Community restaurants are a little different than a regular restaurants. So please go into the experience with an open mind. Our residents also like conversation and they like company. So, feel free to ask to join a table if you find seating to be slightly limited.
Please consider our full-service dining experience could take a little longer than a traditional restaurant and may have set menus.

SuiteBird communities are different in the best ways!
Yes, Booking a SuiteBird Stay requires signing up to be a member. Because we are different than traditional shot term rentals and hotels we require a short verification and sign up process. But once you are a member you get access!!
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Once you become a member and set up your member profile the booking process is simple
Cancel a booking up to 3 days prior to your stay directly through your member page.
Contacting SuiteBird is as easy as sending us an e-mail or chatting through our site.
Some communities offer meals and some do not, check the listing at the community you are booking for specifics
Visit your SuiteBird member profile to make any changes
